Sustainability Certification Seal Licensing Process

Adding the certified-sustainable seals to your wines is simple. We’ve done the hard part for you (getting certified)- all you as a winemaking partner need to do is complete the licensing paperwork and add the seal(s) to your wine labels.

These certification seals signify a third-party audited commitment to rigorous, scientifically sound sustainable winegrowing.

Process

  1. Confirm your wine contains a minimum of 85% certified-sustainable fruit (95% for Salmon Safe). Please review the vineyard list below for vineyard-specific certifications.

    • RULES for Sustainable Winegrowing (certified 2020)

    • Sustainable WA (certified 2022)

    • Salmon-Safe (certified 2024)

  2. Request/complete licensing paperwork from the respective certifying bodies:

    • RULES for Sustainable Winegrowing

    • Sustainable WA/Salmon Safe

      • Please note all of our vineyard are certified under the umbrella of Rawn Farm Management. As such, that grower entity (Rawn Farm Management) will need to specified on licensing agreement only. If you are also vineyard designating on your label, or for other marketing purposes, you should use/list the specific vineyard name and NOT Rawn Farm Management.

  3. Once approved, add seal(s) to your label(s).
